Car Show & Social Event: 11am — 5pm
Important: If you purchased a ticket for the Camp Sweet Escape Fundraiser on Eventbrite, you do NOT need to also purchase a ticket for the Car Show & Social Event. Just show your Eventbrite ticket at the gate!
The Car Show portion of this event is a $10 entree fee per car, VIP parking is $15 per car and very limited.
100% of the proceeds goes towards the Camp Sweet Escape Juvenile Diabetes Fundraiser. This fundraiser is spearheaded by Dana Hyler, a local Registered Nurse in the Aiken County Public School District, who is also member of the South Carolina Youth Diabetes Association.
About the Philanthropy:
The funds will be used towards Camp Sweet Escape, a summer camp in Upstate South Carolina that was developed to improve the lives of the youth in the southeast who are living, and dealing with, the challenges of type-1 diabetes. The South Carolina Youth Diabetes Association (SCYDA) was created by a group of like-minded individuals who saw the need for additional medically-drive camping opportunities for children with diabetes. Camp Sweet Escape was created to be both adventurous and medically safe.

※ $15 per car for VIP Parking (Very limited, access code required to purchase)
※ Ticket submits your vehicle automatically into the Car Show, just arrive and park!
※ If you purchased your ticket on Eventbrite then we will waive your admissions for the Car Show & Social
※ Awards ceremony begins at 4pm, vehicles will be judged on:
— Best in Show
— Best Muscle
— Best Classic
— Best Import
— Best Truck
※ Valid ID must be shown at the gate to receive a wristband
※ Wine & Wine Slushies will be available by the glass and by the flight.
※ Beer Station will also be set-up beside the Wine Station.
※ There is enough indoor & outdoor seating available to support 400+ guests.
※ The vineyard is open for those who wish to explore it.
※ Live Music & Food Trucks!
※ Car Photographer & Drone Photography will be present!
※ No revving, burnouts, speeding, loud music, or disorderly conduct.*
※ No outside alcohol is permitted.*
※ Vineyard Store & Gift Shop will be open during the event.**
※ This is a social event, not a get drunk event.***
*Security will be present during this event, anyone who fails to abide by these policies will be ejected from the premises and will not receive a refund.
**The vineyards regular customers will also be at this event and they usually have hundreds of customers on Saturdays, our staff will direct them to the second driveway where the Vineyards staff will assist them with parking and shuttle them via golf-cart to the main building where the Car Show & Social will be happening.
